Lesson Overview
The lesson time is 100 minutes (1 hour and 40 minutes).
The content will progress as your skills improve.
Try out "curves and hills," "long distances," "passing other riders," and "city riding"!
We also provide Japanese-English papers to help you understand your progress and how to proceed with the lesson. You can review these together with your teacher.

30-40 minutes
We start by removing the pedals and getting used to the bike.
1. Check your training experience, etc. →
2. Push and walk / straddle and walk →
3. Lift both feet and go! (Don't worry, the teacher will be there to support you!)
first half
until the end
Practice pedaling. Teacher support you!
4. Put your feet on the pedals and start pedaling (start pedaling) →
5. Practice going in a straight line (including braking) →
6. Turns → Go up/down a slope

Shin-Yokohama area (Kohoku Ward, Yokohama City, Kanagawa)

We offer safe lessons in the Kohoku Ward area of Yokohama City, including Shin-Yokohama Park, Nissan Stadium, and the area around Shin-Yokohama Station! Please rest assured that we will select a fun, safe, and secure lesson location based on your individual level and contact you accordingly. (The meeting location, Shin-Yokohama Park, is located at 3300 Kozukue-cho, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, 222-0036.)

*Shin-Yokohama Park is fully equipped with restrooms and vending machines.
*There is also a parking lot within the area (parking fees are at your own expense).
*There is also a covered play area, so the event will be held rain or shine..
Komazawa area (Setagaya Ward, Tokyo)

We offer lessons in the Setagaya Ward area of Tokyo, near Komazawa Park and Komazawa University Station, making them a safe and secure location for your lessons! Please rest assured that we will select a fun, safe, and secure lesson location based on your individual level. (The meeting location, Komazawa Park, is located at 1-1 Komazawa Park, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo 154-0013.)
*Please double-check your reservation email after registering.
*There are also parking lots in the neighborhood/park, so please use them (parking fees are at your own expense).
*Please note that in the uncovered Komazawa area, lessons may be canceled if the heat index is high (including when heatstroke alerts are issued), especially in July and August, to prevent heatstroke. (We recommend the Shin-Yokohama venue during this period.)
